These Terms of Use apply solely to your use of the kinova-stream.com landing page, operated by Kinova LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Kinova," "we," "us"). By using this site you accept these terms.

2. Purpose of this site

This landing page presents the Kinova concept ahead of launch, lets you view a prototype demo of the planned platform, and lets you join our waitlist as a future viewer, or register interest as a director or sponsor. It is an informational pre-launch site — the Kinova platform itself has not launched, and no user accounts, uploads, streaming, or payments happen here.

3. No live product / content subject to change

The prototype demo and all information on this site describe the Kinova platform as currently in development. Features, design, and timelines shown may change before launch, and nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to provide the finished platform.

4. Waitlist and interest forms

This site offers three sign-up forms: joining the viewer waitlist, registering interest as a director ("Become a Director"), and registering interest as a sponsor ("Become a Sponsor"). If you submit your email address through any of these, we will use it only to contact you about Kinova's launch and the relevant next steps (viewer waitlist updates, director onboarding, or sponsor onboarding, matching whichever form you used). We do not send unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or share your data — see our Privacy Policy for details. You may withdraw at any time by emailing hello@kinova-stream.com.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Kinova name, logo, brand elements, design, and the prototype demo — is the property of Kinova LLC or its licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our prior written permission.

This site and its content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that information is complete, accurate, or current, and we may update or remove content at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kinova LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Kinova LLC's place of business in Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your place of residence if you are an EU consumer.
